How to Apply
Complete the online application form by clicking the button below. You will be taken to a secure Adobe form where you can fill out and sign your application.
After completing your application form, email the supported documents listed below to [email protected]
- Proof of Residency
- Most recent Notice of Assessment
- Three most recent pay stubs or a letter from employer
- Three most recent bank statements
A staff member will process your application. This includes income verification and reference checks. You may be contacted for more information. If you are an eligible applicant for an available unit, you will be contacted to set up an interview, co-op living orientation, and an in-person or virtual tour.
Congratulations! If your application is approved, you will receive an agreement to sign, followed by move-in information, a welcome package and keys to your new home.
